Not bad,
Bought it thinking I would get to try a lot of different pods. Did not include as much variety as I expect nor was there an equal distribution of types of pod. Seemed like someone just grabbed a handful of some mixed barrel and tossed it in. Also I was a little disappointed to get four milk pods… I guess I just thought it would all be coffee. Not a bad first buy for the machine but remember you may get milk and decafe.

|Tea for Two and Coffee Too,
The 18 count Starbucks Variety Pack is perfect for being introduced to Starbuck Coffee and Tazo Tea. It gives you an opportunity to compare the various blends without making a big investment. I came away with a couple of favorites. The Tazo Tea included was only two but they are two of Tazo’s best. I got to go with the Zen here with Awake a close second. Enjoy!!!

Well it is called Starbucks. So my title is appropriate. Definitely some of the best K-cup coffee I have had.. maybe even the best.. but can be almost twice as expensive per cup to some of the other options that are also good.

|Almost perfect…,
My wife and I more recently got a Keurig, but we have been drinking Starbucks K-Cups at friends’ houses for quite some time. Let’s start out with what I love about these:
1) Though obviously not the same as a cup from freshly ground beans, the quality of the coffee produced with these is definitely a pleasant experience.
2) This eighteen-count pack provides plenty of variety – with the inclusion of two teas there’s something for nearly everyone!
3) Along the same lines, the coffees chosen are among my favourites, although I probably would have taken out Sumatra and replaced it with Italian roast (personal preference, really)
So why four stars? Is it because these don’t make delicious coffee and tea? Of course not! Really it comes down to the price. Buying this variety pack on Amazon works out to approximately $1.22 per cup of coffee. Given that a newly-ground, freshly-brewed cup of Starbucks coffee is only marginally more expensive than this, I really don’t feel great buying these K-Cups and Amazon has the cheapest price! Buying them in the store is even more painful.
My wife worked at Starbucks for four years – we spent the first year or two of our marriage drinking nothing but the brand – so it’s not that I don’t think the flavor and quality is worth paying for. With refillable K-Cups in existence that can easily be filled with freshly-ground coffee, the only thing left going for this pack is the variety. If you need your Starbucks fix, this is an excellent way to get it, but if you’re not brand-loyal there are other variety packs out there that work out to around $0.50 per cup.
