I still brew different coffees on my regular machine, but having all of the Starbucks varieties for my Verismo just really makes life that much nicer. This is a good, good ‘brew.’

I was really happy with acquiring this coffee for the price. I love my Verismo machine but the pods can get really expensive buying them through the Starbucks Store.

|Horrible Customer Service. Stay away,
I ordered these pods through Starbucks.com. It is the same as ordering it through the retailer you see here, as Verismo is Starbucks. I placed an order 2 weeks ago. Half of it (the milk and espresso pods) shipped out the next day. The other half (Verona coffee pods) was delayed until 3 days ago. I received no email stating that my order would be delayed. Nor did I receive an email when the rest of my order finally shipped.
I called customer service twice. The first time was two days after I received the first half of my order. I was told that they were out of stock and didn’t know when they would receive a new shipment. It would have been nice if this was mentioned on the website so that I could have ordered something else. I tried leaving a review on Starbucks.com, which was removed because the review focused on the customer service rather than on the product.
Yesterday I checked the Starbucks website again and found that the Verona pods were now in stock, but I never received any email follow-up saying they will ship the rest of my order, nor was I given a tracking number. I called customer service again and found out that they had shipped it a few days ago.
Stay away. Do not make the mistake we made of tying ourselves to this brand of coffee. You will regret it.
