You have to find the right bean, make sure it's fresh roasted, bring it home, grind it just right, brew it in the fridge in an air tight jar, and finally, strain it with the proper filter to get that smooth cold brewed awesomeness that is one of the reasons we have a love affair with cold brew Wild coffee. So we went into the coffee lab and did a bunch of experiments in an attempt to find a way to simply the cold brew process. A month later, Wild Cold Brew was born.
